1. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
If you are travelling with your children it is your responsibility to ensure that they are fit and healthy so they can participate in your chosen itinerary and that they are supervised at all times during the tour. Jewel Tours is not responsible for any failure to participate in any activity due to your child's health or for the supervision of children on the tour.
1.1 Rates for Children (applicable for ONE child only per booking)
Children under 2 years of age free of charge (Share bed with parents
Children from 3 - 5 years of age charge 25% tour cost (without extra bed) & 50% of tour cost (with extra bed)
Children from 6 - 11 years 50% of tour cost (without extra bed) & 75% of tour cost (with extra bed)
Children 12 years of age are charged as an adult (able to share room with adults in 1 extra bed or stay in single room subject charge)
Itineraries
Day 01
ARRIVAL HANOI – no guide
Xin Chao! Namaste! Welcome to Hanoi
Met at the airport and privately transferred to the hotel for refreshments (standard check in time 2:00pm)
Day 02
HANOI TOUR - HA LONG CITY (B)
This morning you will explore Hanoi and shopping by visiting:
• Ceramic Mosaic of Hanoi – built in 2010 to commemorate the Millennial Anniversary of Hanoi
• Long Bien history bridge
• Drive along the charming West lake in Hanoi and outside Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum
• Temple of literature – the first university of Vietnam built in 1070. It is a superb example of traditional-style Vietnamese architecture.
• Tram Quoc Pagoda and West Lake
In the afternoon, take the car for 4-hour drive to Halong city. Arrival Halong city, check in hotel. The rest of day is yours.
Note:
• The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (opening time: 7:30am to 11:00am, except Mondays and Fridays, all afternoon & Oct & Nov annually. Also closed yearly in Oct and Nov for renovation. If closed, you can still visit outside.
• In Ha Long bay you can enjoy amusement park or water park on arrival at your own expenses
Day 03
CRUISE IN HA LONG BAY - NINH BINH (B/L)
After breakfast this morning you will board for Princes cruise to explore Ha Long bay by visiting:
• Amazing cave
• Titop beach
• Walking to tip top of Titop mountain for panorama view of Ha Long bay (Trainee shoes advice to prepare for the trip)
• Swim on the Titop beach as your prefer
• Optional to fishing village (About US$7 per person pay at spot)
• Fighting cocks rock
• Buffet lunch on board with live music bands for your entertainment in on the way back to the quay. Meet our guide and driver travel to NinhBinh.
Day 04
TOUR IN NINH BINH - HANOI (B)
After breakfast this morning at hotel, check out and start visit:
• World Heritage of Trang An complex
• Bai Dinh Pagoda known as the biggest pagoda in Vietnam
Day 05
HANOI - DEPARTURE (B) – no guide
It depends on your departure time, our trip end after transfer to airport.
• Transportation in private air-conditioned vehicle with driver (or shuttle bus for the days as mentioned)
• Hotel at mentioned hotel at Twin/Double sharing room or similar
• Meal as mentioned in the program: B= Breakfast; L= Lunch; D= Dinner
• Entrance fee to indicated sights, boat trips
• English speaking guide
